"What a truly beautiful place to stay. The cottage was lovely , the log fire was a big hit & perfect to come home to after a day of walking. Bobbie & Trevor were perfect hosts, always there to answer a question but never intrusive. Our nutty setter loved walking up & down their extremely long driveway, you do feel like you are in another world - away from everything. "The cute, cosy cottage was warm, welcoming, immaculately clean and very well-equipped - a real home-from-home! Shaldon is a picturesque seaside village with a smattering of fab eateries and cute, independent shops. Also well-situated with good transport links to Teignmouth, Totnes, Exeter and Dartmoor. Carol was a lovely host who sent clear check-in instructions. We really enjoyed our stay! "

"Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Very relaxing and tranquil. My only complaint would be how uncomfortable the bed was. New mattresses are definitely needed as felt like I sleeping on springs.
