"The room was ok, but looked out onto the back of another building so no view at all. The breakfast was AWFUL! The cooked breakfast was almost the worst I have ever had, especially given the price of the hotel room. They were powdered scrambled eggs, the continental breakfast area was not stocked adequately and not restocked in a timely manner. There needed to be more staff available. There were three servers for around 80 people and it simply wasn't good enough. The chef in the kitchen was shouting at his colleague and getting increasingly stressed. There was a delay of around 30 mins on the cooked food but I only knew this because I overheard the server telling someone else. We didn't even bother on our second day and went out to breakfast at Lloyds in the courtyard outside the hotel entrance and it was amazing! You should learn something from their fresh products and amazing service! It was such a shame that the food and service let it down because it could have potentially been a great stay but it was in fact poor and I would not return or recommend it."

"The room and hotel was not like the photos. Blinds had stain on them and did not fully close. The skirting boards, picture rail and around the door handles was filthy. The lady sorting the breakfast was lovely."

"Amazing location, beautiful area. My room (14) needed a but of tlc but would definitely stay again. Best assets this hotel has is its staff, from reception to bar staff and restaurant. Special mention to Lil who went above and beyond to help and nothing was too much trouble, thank you ladies."

"Check in instructions were great and What 3 Words took me right to the door. Apartment was warm, spacious and clean, with a great shower and everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s super handy for the beach. There are some unfinished apartments nextdoor which are unsightly. However, they cause no issue and they are soon to be finished which will make the whole complex a lovely area. It’s peaceful and you can hear the sea with a window open. And apparently the hail - great British weather! I was visiting a relative at a nearby care home and it was perfect for what I needed. Would highly recommend "

"Quiet clean room. Problem with bathroom sink waste was promptly dealt with. Swimming pool, sauna and steam room first rate. Helpful list of local eateries supplied."
