"I arrived without a Swiss outlet compatible adapter. I enquired if they might know as to where I could purchase one, and the clerk supplied me with one until I could buy one the next morning. I also asked about suggestions for meals, sight-seeing, and general information, and was kindly helped during my stay. Being located just across from the Bahnhof and so close to the Cathedral, makes this hotel a perfect choice when staying in Skt. Gallen. Wonderful breakfast buffet options!"

"Beautifully modern apartment (suite style dorm really) converted older building in the old section of St. Gallen. VERY STEEP hill to climb to reach building, and note that cars are not allowed in this area, so you need to lug your luggage up and down. I would have appreciated directions to the parking garage instead of the address of the building because my GPS tried to tell me I could drive my car up this hill (There's no way, and then you need to enter a restricted zone to turn around, so I am awaiting a ticket by mail) Outside of that, this is a fully self service building, no reception, no check in, etc. You are given a code to open a lockbox that has your key. Rooms were beautiful and clean and spacious, with a shared living area, kitchen and bathroom for the 4 separate bedrooms on the floor. It worked well for us, we were traveling with another couple and no one else was occupying the other two rooms."

"Had a a very nice stay over 2 nights at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and rooms were clean and had all the required amenities. Good selection for breakfast with plenty of choice and items were replenished at regular intervals. Nice views from the restaurant and breakfast area, both located on the top floor of the hotel."

"The room was perfect for the location. We needed a set of rooms for one night. They were convenient, well priced, and brand new so in perfect condition. Check in and check out are electronic but there is staff on the first floor to answer questions and provide assistance. If you drive, Parking is the only challenge. "
