"A great property, specially the beautiful common areas, great views great food but best of all great people. Everyone was so kind to us, we actually enjoyed our daily interactions with the staff. As beautiful as the location and the property are, their people is really what makes a difference. Thank you for a great time!"

"Excellent communication from the host, we walked off the ferry after a long couple days of travel and this place couldn’t be any closer! Clean, quiet and a perfect place to rest before getting on our sailboat. "

"Excellent stay at Maison di Fiore with easy access to Herculaneum, Vesuvius and Naples / the airport. This is real family hospitality - their whole family went out of their way to make my stay amazing and personal, offering a custom experience through transport (they took me to Herculaneum, Vesuvius and the airport themselves) and excellent food. I haven’t experienced such good hospitality in a long time, truly 5 star! "

"The hotel is faultless for your needs on a city break to Napoli. Very clean and staff are excellent.
The position is good for a very busy city, a bit tricky to find at first but the parking is very handy in this area of the city. Many thanks to Vincenzo and Bella for a memorable stay."

"We stayed in the room that also included a kitchen and it was great. The location is easy to get around (though read till the end) and Giangi, the manager, was super helpful and welcoming. And as we were checking in after normal hours, he gave us very clear instructions.
The breakfast was also delicious at the bakery downstairs. (Though sadly for my wife there were no gluten free options).
Be aware: It is a typical Italian unit block, which has no elevator. And so we had to carry our bags up 4 flights of stairs.
And finally, my last tip. If you have luggage with wheels... i would catch a taxi to the apartment, not wheel it there from the train station. (I write this from experience. The 12 minute walk from Napoli Central train station felt like a really long way!)"
"We stayed in a King bed with sofa bed room. We had 4 adults sharing. The room was very clean and comfortable. The King bed was comfortable and bed sheets were soft. The sofa bed was also comfortable. The mini bar fridge was a nice addition since it was well stocked with drinks & snacks, 1st round free! Only negative about this room was the open shower. It was awkward figuring out who’s showering without someone peeking in. "
"Grear room, excellent helpful staff. Servicing and cleaning of the room was exceptional.
Location of the hotel could not be better.
Well done to everyone.
A couple of gripes though. The roof swimming pool does not open until June 1st. Disappointing for those that like cold water swimming. There is the sea of course but not really suitable close to the hotel.
I thought the breakfast was disappointing. The fruit salad seemed to consist of only tinned peaches and lots of pineapple (even in the mixed fruit choice)
There was only full fat (UHT) milk or soya (I think?) No skimmed or semi skimmed. The bread choice was disappointing.
I cannot comment on the choice in the cooked breakfast as I (despite being British) do not eat them.
The staff at breakfast were excellent and very attentive. Well done.
Wouls I stay at the hotel again? Yes certainly."
"Our suite was huge with a powerful shower and very comfortable bed. Housekeeping was excellent!
The staff were friendly, fun and helpful - especially the restaurant staff in the afternoon and evening who spent time with us chatting and sharing recommendations. They were the best thing about our stay, and we looked forward to returning from sight seeing to chat to them about our day from the terracw, where the view was fantastic, the best place in Naples!
The breakfast was delicious, a la carte and very generous with cakes, pastries and both cold and hot items to order. I had something different every day, amd loved every dish.
I also loved the story of the hotel, the art and the classic antiques."
"They host parties on the top floor and music can go past 12am. Very noisy and not able to sleep. If you need a quiet hotel to get rest, this is not the best option."
"Perfect location not far from the train station. We used the hotel as a hub for visiting Naples, Pompei and Sorrento.
Hotel was excellent, breakfast was great would highly recommend booking this as there was a lot of choice.
The rooms are spacious, clean and modern.
There is an excellent gym that is has a lot of amenities which was also great for us.
10/10"
"Excellent hotel and easy access to the train station. The hotel has an amazing breakfast. The area around hotel has decent food but when in central Napoli there is better."
