"Our family, including our young daughter, had a dream stay at La Darsena. We decided to venture beyond the more conventional choices of Varenna and Bellagio, and we’re so glad we did — we found an absolute gem! Just steps from the Tremezzo pier, the hotel is perfectly located, with the added advantage of a less crowded ferry stop for exploring Lake Como. The hotel itself is historic yet exceptionally well maintained, full of charm, and clearly run with genuine care by a family from start to finish. Breakfast was excellent, and the views from our room and the restaurant were simply to die for. Waking up to that scenery every morning felt like a privilege. We also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, which offered fine dining in a warm, cozy, and wonderfully romantic atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming, as well as knowledgeable and helpful. They were also lovely with our daughter, which made our stay even more special. Our room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and full of character, with a lovely atmosphere that made us feel right at home. One particularly special feature was the hotel’s private pier, where we could be picked up and dropped off directly at the hotel — such a charming and convenient touch. Tremezzo itself is a delightful little town, and staying here made exploring Lake Como all the more memorable. We absolutely loved our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend La Darsena to anyone"

We've had the opportunity to stay at many fine properties around the world, and I can confidently say that the service we received here was among the very best we've ever experienced. The staff were exceptional—genuinely friendly, attentive, professional, and always eager to help. Every request was handled quickly and efficiently, and the level of service was consistently outstanding throughout our stay. The property itself was equally impressive, but what really set this hotel apart was the people and the genuine hospitality we experienced. A truly exceptional experience and one that deserves recognition. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this property."
