"The view made our stay here so worth it. Quiet, peaceful, and amazing. We only got a peek of the sunrises (the weather was quite foggy) but even then it was magnificent. Keep in mind, I would only recommend this place if you have a car OR if you are quite fit/active. We arrived by ferry and carried our suitcases all the way up, which was quite the workout. "We experienced noise the entire time that we were in the hotel rooms. We went before a funeral in Milano and before the Olympics for our father and our brother who are Olympic athletes unfortunately we weren’t able to rest very much due to the noise in the hotel and around the hotel the staff were amazing and we had a great massages from Valentina. We loved the drivers we loved the staff unfortunately the hotel was very, very noisy. "

"Claudine was very responsive to all communications. The apartment was very clean and had nearly everything we needed. The view from the apartment is spectacular. The only downside is that it is not an easy place to find and the road to the apartment is very narrow. Once you have found it, all is well. "

"Staff told us we could have a taxi back from Bellagio, just give them a call. Then when we rang they said it was too late, we then had to walk over 8km back to the hotel along dark winding roads. They also made us park the car in a car park which they failed to mention was chargeable. Upon checking out we were billed twice and for more nights than we had used the car park for."

Extremely helpful and friendly hotel staff who go the extra mile for anything you may need. Very clean rooms. Breakfast options were very good with lots of different options. Based a short walk from restaurants and ferry and bus terminals for transport to other locations around the Lake Como."
