"Hotel Carmine was excellent; staff was helpful, friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious and location was ideal for the historic old town. Luna Rossa restaurant was less than 100 yards away and we went three times, pizza was amazing."

"Could not recommend this hotel more! We had a week of serene relaxation. The hotel is slightly outside the nearest town and not connected by public transport but the hotel is well served by local taxi. Fabulous if you are looking for a relaxing escape! Staff were incredible - polite, friendly, helpful, diligent (the list goes on)! No ask was too big or too trivial and someone was always on hand to help out. We were slightly late in the season so the hotel was quiet (no bad thing) but still had plenty of activities on (walks and exercise classes etc.) and live music on some days with dinner. The rooms are large, clean and well serviced! The spa is phenomenal… we went almost everyday and my fiancée loved her back massage. The pool and beach equally as incredible. The beach is a 15/20 minute drive away on a shuttle service (only a couple of options but this may have been time of year) but this is comfortable and timely. Food and drink options are plentiful at seemingly all hours of the day and we very much enjoyed overindulging at the hotel restaurant. All in all, a very pleasant and enjoyable trip - would certainly return to Almar!"

"We had a wonderful holiday while staying in Vincenzo’s property. The house was rustic which we loved and had everything we needed. The outdoor area is big and we made full use. The shared pool is lovely. Vincenzo is a great host responding immediately to any communication. All in all I would recommend Vincenzo’s properties if you’re looking for a relaxing escape from a busy life "

The room we stayed in was gorgeous well worth the extra for a superior room and the shower was the most powerful I’ve ever used! Just needs more guests to make it a busy bustling hotel and I’m sure the next reviews will be better!"

"Nos gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel. Las vistas eran espectaculares. El hotel es precioso y nuestra habitación suficientemente grande y con techos altos, muy importante para nosotros. El jardín precioso y muy bien cuidado. Qué lástima que no nos quedamos a cenar en el hotel, seguro hubiese sido una experiencia memorable. La piscina muy agradable también. Hemos tenido la suerte de ir en junio, cuando la temporada está solo empezando. No había mucha gente y eso forma parte del encanto y la tranquilidad del hotel. Con más gente no es lo mismo. Las instalaciones, la decoración, las vistas y el jardín...hermosos. "

"the only annoying thing was the lack of english skills of the staff making it somewhat difficult to communicate, but they were all very nice and the fact that dinner was not served before 8pm, which is quite late; otherwise very chill and laid back vibe, nice pool, big rooms, amazing breakfast, good coffee, we enjoyed our stay and could imagine staying even longer"
