"Excellent service!! Great Location!! I booked this hotel for my parents, very close to US Consulate(like 5 mins walk), there’re plenty of restaurants, shopping centers nearby. Also very easy transport from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. You may take metro instead of taxi. Super convenient. Their staffs are very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend! "

"The initial room was sort of clean. There was almost no toilet paper, not enough to do your business with. But the wi-if and hot water heater did not work. They sent someone and he fixed the wi-if but said it would take an hour for the hot water and it was already 11pm. We took another room and that room had hangers but no closet or anyplace to actually hand anything. The shower door was hanging loosely and was broken. Overall, the beds were comfortable. I would not stay here again. No English...

"Great place to stay to experience Guangzhou. Very walkable to park area, museum, opera, mall of the world, and plenty of street level shopping & amazing restaurants. I could have stayed here for a week and had plenty to see and do. Staff was amazing and very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend staying at this hotel. "

"We were in Guangzhou for the Canton Fair, we stayed at this hotel-apartment because of the price, but is not a hotel at all, first of all, the reception is just an office across the street and on a side so not easy to find. (I think expedia should say in the instructions). The room was ok, clean and just ok. There are many restaurants at that area and close late. I recommend this hotel to travel cheap and use metro as transportation, the nearest station is about 10 minutes."
