"This hotel... I could have stayed in forever. The location was great (walkable to so many restaurants and cafes), easy parking options, very easy/quick drive into Zell am See. Great amenities, outdoor pool, etc. The staff was super friendly. The only downside was our room faced the train tracks so it got a tiny but noisy."

"The property staff is extremely friendly. My friend left cash in her room after checkout and retrieved it 4 hours later from front staff! They also offered us free breakfast buffet, even Expedia did not offer it to us. Highly recommended! Oh, cow bells all day are lovely."

"Friendly staff clean and modern great spa and sauna - breakfast very good and staff helpful but unobtrusive. Nice outdoor pool and room facilities with oven fridge etc. Only thing which could have been good is the tv - no english channels - however we were out taking advantage of the walks and excellent public transport with the summer card."

"I truly don’t know how other reviewers had bad things to say about this hotel. We had a triple room with a lake view and although it wasn’t the best view it was still beautiful and true to the photoessay. The breakfast and dinner were fabulous. The dinner was 40euro/person but was a four course meal and worth it. It was a wonderful location and wonderful staff. Would definitely return. "
