"The hotel is very convenient, located right opposite the Eurostar station. We could drop off our bags and went out to have lunch and sightseeing immediately. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. She upgraded us to executive floor and also check late out until 2pm. It was perfect for us as we could stay in our room until 2pm then walked over to Eurostar station to get on to our train. I would definitely stay there again if I go to Lille for visit."
"Fantastic conversion of a historic building into a modern hotel. Staff were helpful, recommending somewhere local to eat, as the hotel has very limited food options. Good shower. Let down by an uncomfortable bed."
