"I got the pre-check in emails but when I got there, I couldn’t get the door open. The host didn’t answer my texts. I finally called VRBO and someone helped me get the lockbox open for a key. I think the door and deadbolt are not lined up right. But after an hour, we got in. The heat controls for the mini-splits were hard to figure out. It was 64 degrees in the house and blowing cold air. So maybe some better instructions would be helpful. "

"Bed was very hard, no heat and the TV didn't work. Staff was no help, computer was down couldn't take CC at check in, had to go back up to office 3 times because no phone to office to tell me if the computer was up and working, did not want to leave CC number with front desk staff. bad vibes..."

"Great communication from the owners. Property is adorable and we made it work for eight adults. Didn’t spend much time inside. The area is full of stuff to do. Please note, this is a beach property. Read reviews. My husband and I stayed in the carriage house and brought an air purifier. Worked wonderfully! The hot tub was nice start and finish to the day."

"This was one of the loveliest houses that we have stayed at this far. It was clean, had almost everything you needed, and had personal touches from the host that made everyone feel welcome. Absolutely beautiful house and view. We were able to see seals from the balcony and get to the beach is less than five minutes. The whole family enjoyed the experience. Especially the fire pit. We would absolutely stay here again."
