"A very peaceful break and very nice bright clean room , nice and warm thanks for the portable radiator. The only thing I would of liked, smaller pillows as I had problems sleeping, l could not sleep very well.kept waking up with a pane in my neck, did not use pillows in the end, apart from that, had a very nice break thank you."

"The indoor spa was great. Staff were awesome as well - really professional. Can imagine it's great when the outdoor spa is open and during the summer. Some of the negatives...breakfast could do with some improvements, the ingredients tasted low quality some of the cooking was questionable (fried eggs for example). The place had a general feel of getting refurbished so felt hard done by paying full price... Our room (28) smelt like drains and the view was blocked by scaffolding. Also some mold in the corner right by the window. "
