"The photos and description of the property completely misrepresented the reality. One bathroom was without a sink. The other had the same feel as an airplane bathroom. Bedroom upstairs did not have a door to separate them from the staircase. One had to walk through one bedroom to get to the other, and the bathroom without the sink was outside of the bedrooms on top of the staircase, The living area had a old couch and a couple of camping chairs. We decided not to stay at the property and checked...

"House is spacious and supplies adequate. Just bring your own towels and linens as earlier advised by owner Water supply, hot and cold, is abundant for 12 people. Parking for 5 cars, no problem. Things that can easily be added to make the property more user friendly: 1) Grab bars in bath tubs to prevent accidents. We had two slips and had to grab the shower curtain and avoided a bad fall. 2) Electric fan in each room to address the warm nights of summer. Bought our own fans ar Port Perry...

We were met for a tour of their amazing property and they showed us how to access all of the games and amenities available. The space was beautiful, clean and very spacious. We also rented an extra camper trailer which they conveniently offer for extra space that was very nice and comfortable (and had A/C!). "we enjoyed our stay BUT the fan didn't work , the frig;was not empty ,the daybeds [futons ] DID NOT open and my daughter slept on one NOT opened , and my son - in law slept on the other one NOT opened . Will not stay again ."

"Cute little hotel. Front desk staff was very friendly and personable. Lots of entertainment and restaurants in a short walking distance. Also close to the river that has a good area for walking. Some parts of the room could use small updates but overall very impressed. Will definitely be back! "
