"Pros: Location of hotel is excellent, breakfast is very good and generous. Room is clean and organized. Cons: small hotel with limited service. Arrived late, 3 adults. 2 beds. One full and one queen. The full bed had child comforter on it. The front desk person was not able to get me an adult size comforter since housekeeping is longer present. Not a pleasant experience. Walls are paper thin. The next door room had barking dog and loud TV during the night. First floor room in front with some noise from the street. "

"I stayed at the Falkensteiner Hotel in Prague and would rate it 4 stars overall. The hotel has a fresh, modern design and feels clean throughout. Breakfast was a highlight: healthy, varied, and with plenty of choice, and the waiting staff were consistently attentive and polite. The room was cleaned daily, stayed quiet and the location is very convenient, especially being close to the main train station. The spa area, particularly the steam room, was also a great feature. However, several issues detracted from a five-star experience. Despite requesting a twin room, we were initially given a double and made to feel like an inconvenience when asking to change. Reception staff were generally curt and a little unfriendly. Our key cards repeatedly stopped working, which was frustrating, and staff reactivated them without apology or explanation. The room was also too hot, with air conditioning seemingly locked, so we had to keep windows open at night. Additionally, the bottled water seal was already open and the TV remote was sticky. Overall, a comfortable stay but not true five-star quality. I would likely choose a more traditional five-star hotel in Prague next time for better value and service."
