"Great location in North Terminal of Gatwick airport. Don’t even have to go outside. Several Restaurants on site at hotel or access to the airport facilities are easy as well. Also near shuttle link to South Terminal where there is access to direct trains into London."

"This is a great hotel and we booked in again as soon as we knew we were flying from Gatwick. The pool is fab, the rooms spacious, everything is spotlessly clean, the staff were superb and the bar/ food options are decent. Only negatives - it's expensive for a taxi to the airport and it was a complete nightmare accessing the hotel on foot. Last time we stayed we were in a car. Other than that, a top notch place to stay."

"Really enjoyed our 2-night stay although, going to the rugby at Twickenham meant we didn’t spend a huge amount of time at the hotel. However, our experience of the hotel was fantastic - lovely room, superb friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. As it is ultimately a Victorian hotel, it is a little tired and the walls are thin, but none of this cast any sort of shadow on our stay. Would highly recommend, every member of staff couldn’t do enough to help."

"The main entrance scent was lovely. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They allocated a spacious and clean room for my family. There were shops near by and the station was just behind the hotel I was very pleased. One thing I suggest, upgrading the bathroom to a more aesthetic style and improving the breakfast menu I was not able to get plant based milk or yogurt for my daughter. "

"We were on a flying visit, literally one night and left the next morning. During our stay the staff were really helpful, informative and polite. The rooms were nice and clean but the bathrooms were very tired and dated but clean. The beds were clean and comfortable and kept us more than warm enough throughout the night. No complaints from us and we enjoyed our short stay here and breakfast was a good morning starter for us all too. "
