"This is probably my favourite hotel in the world."

"The hotel is located in a historic area of Turin close to the Lingotto shopping centre which is part of the converted Fiat factory (the transformation is amazing and very eco-friendly). The spacious hotel lobby is light and welcoming and the rooms have plenty of space also. The service was outstanding and the staff went out of their way to help us with any questions. Public transport is easily accessible. The only aspects I would suggest are improved are the WiFi, the garden terrace and the...

"T he staff was extremely hospitable and helpful. It was nice that the towels were on a heated rack but that made the bathroom and room warmer needed to be. Would have liked more towels: Only 1 large towel was actually absorbent and the others were 2 linen cloth type hand towels that were not."

"The hotel is in a not so nice area of Turin but the hotel itself is fine, it is clean, the beds are comfortable and the air con is fantastic! The only problem was that we booked the hotel because it was close to the metro to visit Turin and the metro station was closed for a few months. We visited the car museum instead and had a wonderful day. The staff at the hotel could not hzve been more helpful and were spot on with regard to Covid-19. "

"Everything was just perfect. The staff was friendly, very accomodating. The property was always kept clean. The breakfast variety was great, we had many choices to pick. The only down is that no basic toiletry was in the room, we needed to go and get shampoo and body wash. Other than that everything was great. Will recomend this hotel"

"The hotel was really helpful in adjusting my staying nights upon unexpected cancellation of my flight. I’ve gotten the unused nights refunded from my prepayment. The service given was good. Room was spacious. Just the air cond will stop every 3 hours, I had to wake up to switch it on again. Surrounding was good with groceries and eateries just nearby. Just metro was a bit far though still walkable distance. Overall, a good experience staying in this hotel."
