"Our stay was great! The host was easy to communicate with. The property was very clean and well maintained. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is also just a short walk to stores and restaurants. We would definitely choose Saks Villa again when staying in town."

"Really nice cottages with lots of thoughtful touches and lovely surroundings. Lots of care has been put in to every aspect. Even the standard cottage folder is bespoke with individual laminated walking maps inside. Excellent location for Beverley and the Humber and local village has three nice pubs and the property owners couldn’t be more helpful."

"A clean house with very good amenities. Beds are firm and good. It's spacious and well equipped. However, there were many problems due to poor maintenance. First, the door Yale lock worked erratically, it took many tries to open the door most of the time. We were locked out several times, and had to try to open the lock for more than 20 times before it worked. On the last morning, the lock just failed completely, we were locked out in the rain for more than 1.5 hrs with all of our suitcases...

"The josie was as described, nice and clean and in a good location not far from amenities. We were a party of 12 and it was plenty big enough, lots of toilets/bethrooms. Would definitely recommend. Had one issue with the TV not working which was resolved promptly by the property manager. "

"Fully equipped and very clean. The back garden needs a bit of attention to make it more attractive and was disappointed there wasn’t an hot tub as advertised. Not a deal breaker for me as I was solo but could be for a couple if they were expecting one. Good location close to the beach. Everything was as expected. "
