"My family and I stayed in the Suite, that consisted of 2 queen beds and a double pull-out. It was pretty good. There were two exceptions - the curtains were torn and my mom wasn't able to close them to keep the morning sunshine from coming in, and the bathtub wasn't clean when we arrived. However, it was checkout and the cleaning ladies was conveniently cleaning the room across from ours so she came in and cleaned it for us. They have a maintenance man that I was forever seeing either cleaning...

"There was an issue with the bedding in our room. The manager came in and had the whole couch replaced. Brand new couch and mattress straight out the plastic. The food was good and the customer service was great. "
