"We never got the opportunity to stay in this home…the host cancelled our booking at 17:30 on the day we were due to move in. No communication, we had to chase him for a few hours. Finally at 5pm he rang to say he was on his way to meet us and then half hour later he called to say that he was cancelling our booking due to a water leak… but we didn’t believe what he was telling us. We then had to find alternative accommodation for the rest of the week. Terrible experience from start to finish!"

"We arrived in Southampton - contacted Pass the Keys to find out about codes to get into house and was told “sorry for the inconvenience, BUT your reservation has been CANCELLED”. No assistance to find another place! We had just arrived in the U.K. from Canada for a 10 day visit and at 8:00 am find out we have no place to go! There had been NO COMMUNICATION with me on this reservation after I paid the rental fees. So, imagine my SURPRISE when arriving I find out they CANCELLED our reservation...

"Stayed 3 nights Tv dident work Window in my room looked into the kitchen lol don’t know why Shower down stairs had no hot water had to use the one upstairs which was shared with a lot more people Light shade fell of randomly and the ceiling rose with it sofa bed was awful to sleep on Communication was ok Parking was rubbish at the back of a council estate near some garages will not be returning "
