"I liked the location and the room sizes. What I didn't like: 1. I sent an email and a message on the platform to the property host to inquire about a few things, but there has been no response to date. 2. Poor internet connectivity 3. Boiler not heating water: The boiler did not heat the water; there were errors on the boiler suggesting the pressure was low . I have photos and, if needed, will share. 4. Dirty: visibly dirty inside the property."

"We arrived in Southampton - contacted Pass the Keys to find out about codes to get into house and was told “sorry for the inconvenience, BUT your reservation has been CANCELLED”. No assistance to find another place! We had just arrived in the U.K. from Canada for a 10 day visit and at 8:00 am find out we have no place to go! There had been NO COMMUNICATION with me on this reservation after I paid the rental fees. So, imagine my SURPRISE when arriving I find out they CANCELLED our reservation...

"Booking was easy with prompt communications and check-in was smooth. All the rooms were clean and well maintained as mentioned. The place was calm and lot to explore nature around us. Travel was easy into central London as the train station is just a short walk. I would definitely recommend this place. "

"This property exceeded our expectations. Our family of 12 was very comfortable here. Our five kids ranging from 9 to 17 enjoyed the pool, the gardens, the gym, the pool house games and the movie room. Many sitting rooms to sit as a family or to find solitude. Also, a short walk to the local pub, the Swan. We had an excellent time and highly recommend this property."
