Our property is large, has 2 kitchens, 3 full bathrooms, on demand hot water and amazing water pressure, a large living room, a lovely patio & garden with dining space inside & outside, 2 free parking spaces in the driveway with lots more free parking behind the house, an olympic gym that was specifically built for the 2012 olympic athletes which is now open to the public within 100 meters from the property.

Barking Station, one of the area’s largest transport hubs, is just 1-2 miles away. From there, you can catch multiple train services and reach central London in just 20 minutes for a smooth and hassle-free journey.
The A13 motorway is also conveniently accessible within a 5 minute drive, which will also allow you to reach the city centre in 20-30 minutes. - Shoes off on carpet - Smoking only in designated garden terrace (we can provide you with a shisha delivery experience) - No food/drinks (except water) in bedrooms to protect carpets/ upholstery - Rubbish in the GREY bin, recycling in the BROWN bin (Tuesdays collection) - Toilet paper only in toilets, please! - Report any breakages (we’re reasonable with accidents).
