The stay at The Blue Mansion Qing Suites is definitely the highlight of my Penang trip. The hotel is stunning and modern and you can just cross the street to visit the original Blue Mansion, whose rooms are too classic for my taste. Highly recommended!!!

Very helpful staff on arrival. Best hotel in Penang’s historical district. I did encounter a problem st checkin though. I believe that breakfast was included with the room. They claim it was not ands I looked at my Expedia receipt and it was not. I don’t fault the hotel but Expedia for this. It’s like bait and switch!

The best customer service

Restaurant is excellent and service is great. Staff very helpful. Because it's a small hotel the staff remembers you and what you like.

Beautiful heritage property, great central location, top notch food and outstanding staff - super attentive and friendly.

Friendly and helpful staff made my stay a very pleasant one. But the glass partition for thr bathroom made the room lighted when 1 person is using the bathroom and another person is trying to sleep.

We booked just a regular room and lucked out with the Old Kitchen room. It was amazing. We had a private hot tub to use and just an overall comfortable room. The bed was great and the AC was even better. The staff is amazing and goes out of their way for you. The mansion is a must stay just beware that the hawker next door is very noisy but stops around midnight. We ate there and it was fabulous. The breakfast at the old mansion is way better than any standard free breakfast I’ve gotten anywhere...

Perfect location.. within walking distance from komtar and prangin mall, Kimberley food street, local eateries, Penang street art, museums , etc. Has a restaurant but didn’t eat there cos of the abundance of choices out there but it seems to serve high quality food. Bed is comfortable. Hotel is well maintained and staff friendly. I enjoyed my stay very much. Thank you.

What a wonderful hotel. I can't say enough great things about the hotel staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and the rooftop pool was a nice added bonus. You will not regret your stay here. Close to all attractions as well.

I stayed six nights in early February. Because the location was great, I walked to restaurants and shops in Georgetown. My room was big and had a sea view. The cleaning crews cleaned my room twice a day. The front desk staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. However, during six nights of staying at E & O, I have had some negatives feelings about this hotel. First, some guest were pretty rude. They talked so loudly in the hallway, and their conversations woke me up a few times. I was not sure...

Charming small hotel. Staff, especially Redho & Devi, were so accommodating. Felt a little like ‘home’. The antique and art collection are beautiful. Definitely will stay again if I ever get back to Penang.

We wanted to stay in the UNESCO World Heritage Site Old Town and his hotel has great reviews and was uniquely designed to showcase the local culture compared to other more modern hotels. The hotel was a former business/residence that was converted The breakfast buffet was nice, the room was big, clean and the bathroom was modern. It was just a few blocks away from good eateries. There is only 8 rooms in this hotel and was a nice boutique hotel. Well worth the stay.

Beautiful place, attentive staff. The bed is comfortable. The location is central. The decorations and the ambience made the trip extra special!

Room was super clean , very convenient location. Awesome bathroom! The only thing I’d love to see improved is WiFi. Currently they give you a voucher with the length of stay but it only allows 2 phones to be connected? I wanted to use my laptop for work and needed to disconnect one of the phones to use it, plus it’s pretty spotty. Other than that great hotel!

Great place to stay with very friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast!

Great location and wonderful staff. The breakfast options were very good

Its a great location with shops near by. walking distance from the famous blue masion hotel. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
