"The A/C worked fine. I realize that it is an older hotel but, attention to cleaning in the rooms and focus on the outside area is needed. The curtains needed serious cleaning. The small light on the nightstand had a scorch on the shade. Replacing that is a must. The beds were comfortable and made up nicely. Cleaning the baseboards in the room was needed. The TV would turn off in the middle of a show. Could not watch any programs. The staff were very nice. The phone in the room did not work. That was an inconvenience because for the issues we were having we had to go down to the office."

"After ignoring several prompts to review, because it was SO bad, but the staff helped make amends, I am saying DONT stay here. If you do, you will be paying Ritz prices for substandard lodgings. Enough said."

"What we received in room #2 was nothing like the pictures in the listing. There were dirty shelves that were in the picture. But that is where it ended. Hairs in the sheets (new ones were left so we could change ourselves). Floors made my feet black. Entire place was run down. People were generally very upset when they saw there rooms. The cops showed up one night because a lady couldn't get in touch with the host and didn't want to stay in a windowless room. At least that is what I heard her yelling. This may have been what the listing shows about 8 years ago. It isn't anymore. We booked 3 nights and left after 2. The roaches on the counter in day light and the abismal mattress made it inhospitable for us. I think the location is great. I think in some cases you could rent these rooms with a bit of maintenance and some good cleaning. You might even be able to do so for almost the listed cost. But I felt lied to and duped. The listing not matching the listing make it feel like a total scam. Can't say don't do it enough. Beach is nice in the area. It's 300 yard or so away There are no staff present on site. The cleaners avoided us at all costs. Host is very slow to reply. Could be a very cute property but it isn't in March of 26"
