"I have stayed at this property a few times. I just stayed 2 nights ago. We came in early from an all night flight. We went to see if we could leave our bags and check into our room later. There was some mix up and my daughter was totally rude to them. She was cranky and I was embarrassed. The hotel staff was so kind and understanding and even let us in a little early. I was so grateful to them. They were totally professional. I will stay here again. The hotel itself is so convent for morning or late flights. It’s everything you need. 5 stars for the manager and employees!"

"Stayed here many times. Great venue, easy to park and commute from via local tube. Easy access to Heathrow. Staff always courteous and friendly. Breakfast is buffet with large selection. Only thing to improve on is mattresses quality and pillows but overall very good - I do recommend often. "
