Upon arrival, the check in receptionist at the hotel was the BEST and friendliest hotel service I have ever experienced in 30 years of business travel. Khushboo at the Leonardo Heathrow was amazing as my final destination was Liverpool and she helped me navigate with Uber and other hotel details. Breakfast was great so all in all a perfect layover spot at Heathrow London! "

"Very nice and new property. Clean and very close, walking distance to Heathrow Terminal 2. We would definitely stay there again if we were back at Heathrow Terminal 2 for an overnight layover. "
