"Nothing to complain about, everything was easy and staff were really welcoming. The pastries were good, and the toiletries were good quality. Excellent location too."
"Just an amazing stay! The staff was so helpful and personable from the time we made our reservation. The 6-7pm wine/social time was the icing on the cake. Even though the hotel is located in a very active nightlife area, we never were awakened (or even heard) any noise at all! Walkable to shopping, Albert Dock, several great restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again when in Liverpool."
"The staff super friendly. Room was NOT A KING as described on Expedia. Told by front desk that is a UK king… which essentially was almost a queen. After objecting, they found us a room with two twins put together. As well as for our second room but that was a “accessible” room so not a totally acceptable change. The location is close to train station but also in a gritty part of town. One morning at 7:00 am there was trash all over the pedestrian street. Our room was quiet, air conditioning...
"The food service area was a bit dark and dingy. The staff there were good and very helpful. I do feel the hotel could do with a proper restaurant and separate bar area.
Generally speaking, the hotel was good for a one night stay which we had. We needed staff assistance with the air condition settings. Hotel is very central in the city and handy for most locations."
"Be aware - this hotel is on a nightlife street. Booming music just down the street until early morning hours then revelers at the top of their lungs. On a Thursday night. No AC and only glass doors that open 2 inches - small fan in the room. So the option was blaring noise or stifling heat."
