"I booked for 2 people and they seemed surprised. They only provided one key which made all the planning extremely inconvenient as I had to attend a conference while my girlfriend was sightseeing. Very disappointed that they didn' have a second key."

"Superbly located property, a few yards away from the lift with great facilities; garage, ski lockers, pool… we checked in online (which we strongly recommend) via the link the property sent which saved us queueing on arrival Saturday (queue was out the door!) - they will send you a SMS with you room number, go there straight away and your keys and instructions will be on the kitchen table. "First class hotel and standard of accommodation, in keeping with the CGH brand of residence. Location a little out of town, but close by the bus stop and regular village shuttle bus. Possible to ski directly back to the hotel, however to access the slopes in the morning, approximate 500m uphill walk, which may be an issue with young children/elderly. "Rooms fine, close to slopes, pool a good advantage No communication for checkin, was told there was no front desk so was worried how we would get on once arrived but there was a front desk so worked out ok "

"The hotel was perfectly placed in the town for bars and restaurants. The apartment was fine for two adults and was well equipped. View from the balcony was great looking out over the mountains , the staff were very helpful. Will be coming back again."
