"Great location. Hotel is a short distance from Canton Tower and great stopping malls. Front desk staff Ethan H. is very helpful. We initially had a difficult time checking in. Upon learning about our situation, Ethan stepped in and made extrs effort to accommodate us, turning our stay into a pleasant experience. We booked an additional 3 nights stay thanks to his help."
