"Very nice B&B with restaurant and bar on site"

"Stayed in New Quay many times but this was our first stay at The Penwig and it didnt disappoint. We booked a sea view room which was lovely as you could sit in the morning and watch the dolphins out in the bay. The room was spacious and spotless. The breakfasts were tasty with a few choices and also catered for vegetarians. The staff were friendly, polite and nothing was too much trouble. There is no onsite parking but we used the carpark around the corner. It does get a bit noisey early in the am with deliveries to the pub and surrounding businesses etc but it wouldnt deter us in staying again."

"Absolutely fantastic place to stay, the whole set up from booking, arrival, checkout is flawless. The information pack sent was really easy to understand, facilities for a shepherds hut are like a 5star hotel. Really well designed, you have a decent kitchen area with space to prep some food and everything you need is in the hut bathroom/shower is super nice, hot hot water and amazing pressure! Attention to detail was perfect, little treat for the dog on arrival, firewood. Space for the dog to run around in an enclosed area. Onsite shop with local produce. If you're looking for a relaxing stay not far from Aber, just book now you won't be disappointed! "

"As a solo traveler on a motorcycle, i was influenced to book four seasons as they had private parking in the courtyard. When i arrived it was full with cars but the lady on reception advised me where was best to park my motorcycle overnight."

"Very easy on-line check-in. Room was clean and comfortable, probably the only criticism would be that the tv needed to be a bit bigger. "

"Lovely well-positioned hotel on the sea front. Friendly staff and good choice of food for breakfast which was cooked to order. Had an evening meal too which was also very good. Downside is there is no lift so climbing up to the second floor was an effort (we are in our 70's) but we did know this before we arrived so can't complain."

"Resort is in the beautiful Dyfi estuary with easy access to beaches and mountains of West Wales. Heated outdoor pool a bonus, new Indian restaurant/bar worth trying. Car essential."
