"We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Il Palmento Relais. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good each day. The area is nice and quiet just outside of Sorrento without the high prices. We will definitely be back. We also ate at the restaurant on two nights and both nights it was excellent. Guests receive a 10% discount at the restaurant so it's definitely worth trying. "

"I feel a little duped by the reviews and the room on this stay. The hotel is technically in a convenient area to explore the Amalfi coast, if you have a car. It does have a decent view from the terrace, and parking easy on the street, but its not close to get anywhere on foot. But the room we were given was a dark, small, basement room, that smelt of damp and mold, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, and furnishings minimal. Check which room for sure before booking.
