"Wir waren mit Freunden für 4 Nächte in dem Häuschen untergebracht und waren alle begeistert. Das Haus ist sehr schön dekoriert, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wenn etwas nicht vorhanden ist kann alles in Locarno (10km bergab) gekauft werden. Ascona ist auch eine sehenswerte Stadt die man unbedingt besuchen muss, wenn man dort ist. Am "Hausberg" gibt es tolle Wanderwege die zu wunderschönen Aussichtsplattformen führen (im Haus gibt es Wander-/Fahrradkarten). Wir wussten einmal...

"The apartment is comfortable and the staff was very insistent that the place be cleaned very well before we stay there. Location is good, near the lake. There is no AC but a large fan was provided which was nice."

"We had an amazing extended weekend at this location. The place was great for our family of 6. It might be mentioned in the description, however the only item I was missing was shampoo & conditioner. I thought it would be included but it wasn’t. My kids brought some so it worked out. The views of the lake are beautiful!!"

We spent a lot of time sight seeing, so we didn't spend too much time lounging at the apartment. I would rent it, again, when coming back to Locarno! There is a bus line that runs by the front of the apartment, but we found it useful to have a car given the events we had planned during our stay. The apartment is close to the local town and it's easy to pick up groceries, drinks, etc. We would stay here again."
