"The toilet flush control was not working properly. It needs to be either fixed or replaced. The shower head was too close to the wall. I had to put my next to the wall to have a shower. Lastly, there was no hair dryer."

"The deluxe bedroom we stayed in was beautiful and the hotel was lovely. Breakfast really let us down we paid £14 each for a pre booked breakfast and it was awful. Cheap tasteless mushy sausages, rock hard bacon, tue black pudding was rock hard not even edible and there was no fresh fruit left very disappointed. For the price. Would have expected quality produce but unfortunately this was not the case."

"Love this hotel! This is the second time we’ve stayed and both casino the staff were attentive to our needs and extremely kind and considerate. The rooms are clean and have good amenities, espeically love that you can cast your device to the tv. There’s also restruant and bar which is nice however not tried to food. Would 100% stay again or another hotel in the chain!"
