"Our family of six stayed here for a couple of weeks over the Christmas holidays when we came to visit family and friends. Really spacious house, so plenty of room for us all. All the bedrooms were a great size and the living room was enormous! I loved the huge kitchen area, which was also spacious, where we could cook and eat as a family and host our friends who popped in for drinks. The pool table and hot tub were an added bonus! It's in great location, only a couple of minutes walk to the tube...

"Sadly cannot recommend staying here. We tried to check-in after the advised time (10:30am, we arrived at 11:20), we were left waiting outside the property for 2.5 hours with no response to phone calls or texts. We then resorted to find a different hotel. We tried to contact hotel.com support and the property owner to get a refund, but were met with poor customer service, and the hosts saying they tried to contact us, and that we were lying.
