Good location

Convenient location. Responsive, helpful staff. Wifi signal was poor in the basement - had to choose position carefully & not move. Otherwise great place for a 2-day stay.

Brilliant value, lovely place

We had an amazing stay. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was brilliant. The room was clean. The kitchenette was well stocked. The linen and towels were changed every day and teabags and coffee pods were restocked. This place is amazing value for money and we would definitely recommend it to others!

Stayed in a lower ground room, walls were thin so late night noise from other rooms disturbed my sleep. Kitchen tap leaked and no cloth and washing up liquid made it difficult to keep kitchenette clean/mop up excess water.

The receptionist Vlad was okay at the beggining and when more responsibility was given to him by the management his behaviour and standards went downhill very quickly. By then end has was being genuinely abusive and hurtful. In spite of my attempts to speak to him about what I was not happy with he was still very dismissive and cruel and after two weeks of my stay simply gave up on caring wether I had a good time during my stay. In all a good location with a terrible member of staff. You have been warned.

Great find - great value

I stayed here the day before lock down properly kicked in and think I was lucky it was open. The room was clean, spacious and had everything I needed inc coffee, milk, sink, cups etc. The shower was lovely and powerful. The bed was very comfortable if a little hard but that’s just personal preference. Location was excellent and it had air conditioning so had I been cold or hot I could have sorted it. There was a table and chairs too. For the price I paid it was excellent and I would definitely stay again if I needed to stay in London. I can’t fault it at all to be honest. The chap who greeted me in reception was very friendly too.

When we entered our room the door handle fell off immediately. That was an odd start. Room was very large. Basic bed and found stains on a couple of pillowcases and hairs on the floor. We were so jetlagged we just slept. Shower room tiny but ok for 1 night. Tea and coffee provided, a plus it was Nespresso. Quiet street close to train and few things.

Très bien placé pour découvrir le quartier de Baker st. C’est aussi à deux pas de l’arrêt de bus des navette s pour Stansted et Luton ainsi que pour les studios Warner Bros (Harry Potter).

Sehr freundliches Personal ! Es gab beim Einchecken ein Zimmerupgrade! Super Lage ! Störend empfand ich nur den anderen Gast in Zimmer darüber, die Decke ist sehr dünn. Für einen Kurztripp und für den günstigen Preis nichts auszusetzen.

Very convenient location providing almost 4 stars hotel services with good size clean rooms and almost all needed amenities. Check in experience could have been better had the check in time been earlier( check in is late after 03:00 pm).

Great location and modern; noisy and uncomfortable

The rooms at MStay 146 are decent-sized, clean, and modern. However, this was one of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on -- horrid springs in the mattress. Additionally, the room was NOISY. On a busy street, you expect noise from outside, but because of the high ceilings and vinyl flooring, the rooms inside are noisy. We could hear every conversation the people staying in the room above us had, heard every scrape of chair, step of foot, heard them using the bathroom, opening drawers... Our second night we discovered that our bed mattress was actually upside down -- the other side had a padded cover attached to it. We flipped the mattress, which helped some, but I still wouldn't rate this as a comfortable room. Out of all the hotels I have stayed in London, this is my least favorite. Leonardo was kind and welcoming in the front office and the location is great, but I would not return as sleep is a necessity and it wasn't possible in this room.

Wonderful place, small but very clean and had everything and some nice complimentary items

Fantastic property, I stay in London a lot as budget friendly as I can and this place ticked every box. I tried to rebook for the next few weeks but no surprise it is fully booked !!!
