I like that there was cooking facilities. I also like that there was air conditioning. I dont think a small double bed was suitable for 2 guests. Also the bed needed updating as it was uncomfortable. In addition there was no bin in the room. Further there were ongoing renovation work which created dust and noise on the floor. There was a lack of communication at checkin as to how things work and the door key was not locking and had to be changed twice

small rooms but enough

beds are kind of small for two people, fortunately i was by myself, a chair broke and was never repaired despite reporting it two times i was a week and room was never cleaned, run out of toilet paper, over all ok nice view…

Booking started on 20th July (Sunday), but the room was not ready. The fridge had a strong chemical smell, similar to gas, and the room was unfit to stay in. A receptionist came to inspect and confirmed the room would be changed. After waiting a few hours, I was given another room, but the door didn’t lock from either side and there was no microwave. Because of this, I returned the keys to the receptionist and requested a refund for the first night. The next day, I was moved to the original room, and the fridge was replaced. However, a microwave was not provided for the entire stay. I checked out today and hope the refund for the first night will be processed to my account as agreed.
