Excellent option for a Shabbat stay. Chabad Lubavitch of Bloomsbury is only a two-minute walk away, and Central Synagogue on Great Portland Street is also just about five minutes on foot. The hotel staff is extremely attentive and helpful, including assisting with opening doors during Shabbat. Highly recommended for observant Jewish travelers.

Great location, less than five minutes to Oxford Circus. The room was clean and well cared for. Breakfast was very good. We used the bar a few times and the staff were very helpful. The only downsides which were minimal was the lift which was very slow and cramped and there was a lot of wear and tear to the stair carpets which didn’t match the overall charm of the place.

Nice hotel in great location with a short walk to tube station and Oxford Street. Very happy it had air con. Hotel is well presented and very clean. Staff were very helpful. Nice bar with small outside area. Only thing missing for us was a coffee machine in the room as standard. Bathroom was small but very clean and had a lovely shower. Breakfast was great with lots to choose from. Would stay again.

Location exceptional. Staff very polite and helpful. Room was squashed and old fashioned with a smell of smoke and a noisy fire sensor and aircon. Overall I would stay again as location is perfect.

The room was clean. We upgraded to an Executive room for more space. I would hate to see the size of a standard room as our 'bigger' room was so small we had to keep moving the chair and our luggage just to get from the bed to the bathroom. The bathroom was clean but incredibly small. It's definitely not worth the extra money to upgrade. There is no free wifi. We felt breakfast was a little expensive as there are so many nice cafes close by that are very reasonable. We didn't have a great experience here which is a shame as it's location is great.
