Das Hotel war seit Monaten geschlossen!!!

Das Hotel war seit Monaten geschlossen und ich wurde darüber nicht informiert! Somit stand ich mit meinen Kindern und 3 Koffern auf der Straße. Mir wurde eine alternative am anderen Ende Londons angeboten. Mein Bett war übersät mit fremden Haaren! Unglaublich!

Decent place to stay

Spent four nights here the location was good an easy walk to tower bridge and the London tower Underground was fairly close

Preislich in Ordnung

Zimmer sehr modern und augenscheinlich sauber,im Detail jedoch nicht so ganz. Vertrocknete Pizza vom Vorgänger noch im Ofen. Keine Klimaanlage, Betten gehen in Ordnung und Preis Leistung ist Ok. Relativ zentral gelegen und gut zu erreichen.

Lugnt område, bekvämliga rum

Prisvärt hotell som ligger lite avsides. Men busshållplats utanför som tar dig in till de centrala delarna/sevärdheterna. 10min promenad till närmsta tunnelbana. Rummet hade hög komfort med 2badrum, kök och vardagsrumsdel. Minus var att klimatanläggningen var trasig och vi fick fläktar att använda vilket blev rätt varmt då vi hade tur med vädret denna vistelse +25 grader.

Comfy bed!

The walk from the nearest underground station was further than we expected. We would book this hotel again but the locality to the stations would deter us. There was no teacloth or kitchen cloth in the apartment which was the only complaint. The bed was extremely comfortable!

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage

- Anlage und Zimmer ok - Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert - Zimmer sind bzgl Geschirr sehr dürftig ausgestattet, Türen schleifen teilweise am Boden - Sonst saubere Zimmer, relativ modern und platzmässig ok für ein paar Tage, für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis aber vollkommen in Ordnung, da kann man nicht viel mehr erwartet; - Kein Lärm nachts - Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar - Tower Bridge, Borough Market, maximal 10-15 Min zu Fuß zur nächsten Metro - Supermarkt direkt ums Eck vom Hotel - Wirklich gute Lage

Lovely hotel and with lots of facilities for the price, including balcony, washer, dryer, dishwasher and full kitchen. I also extended my stay by one night and the price was the same as the nights I had already paid for which was great. The only bad thing is that my bedroom light was broken and the hot water didn't work very well late in the evening, but I probably could have got my light fixed if it bothered me that much. Would have been happy to stay here for a few weeks.

Needs a tidy-up

Tired rooms, general disrepair, poor effort of cleaning. Broken front door, broken balcony door. Near to zone 1 for travel and sightseeing. Good kitchenette and utensils for basic meals.

Gute Lage

Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Die Ausstattung war gut, nur eine Dusche funktionierte nicht. Die Angestellten an der Rezeption waren nicht besonders freundlich. In ganz London waren hingegen alle Leute freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist nicht so weit von einer U- Bahnstation entfert.

Reasonable rate for reasonable room

Room was satisfactory - clean and comfortable Maintainance was a little slack - thermostat stuck on high and drain in shower blocked. front of house staff were not very engaging and gave the impression of not being very interested in us. However price was good and it was well located.

We were moved to another hotel.

We didn't receive any phone call or messages about our room that was out of order due to maintenance work. So we were moved to another hotel. Other than that, they paid the taxi and the other hotel was very good!!

Last leg and disappointed.

I booked a hotel with the mystery deal. 4 star. I arrived at the hotel to be told I had been moved to another of their locations . This was a 8 minute walk with all my luggage ( I had just been dropped off by a taxi at original location). On arrival staff were polite with no reason why I was moved. I walked into the apartment, lucky it was only me. No room to move in the bedroom. Bathroom had a light that kept on turning off while in the shower, missing tiles, basin cupboard top was falling apart from the water damage, wall in kitchen cracking, no stove,no hair drier , bed very hard. Not to forget hearing everyone in the hallway and when the people above went to the toilet as you could hear the water going down the pipes. Had this not been the end of my month trip I would have paid to stay else where but finances did not allow this.

Mukava pääsiäisloma kahdelle

Hotelli oli kaikin puolin hyvä ja moderni. Metrolla pääsi helposti ja nopeasti liikkumaan eri paikkoihin sieltä, kuljimme Boroughin aseman kautta aina. Henkilökunta oli vain vähän tympeä.

快適便利・アパートタイプホテル

アパートタイプで必要な日用品が備え付けられており1週間の滞在では非常に助かった。 料金も周辺ホテルと比べて安価で満足であった。 難点としては、最寄りの地下鉄駅から15分ほど歩く。 バス停が近くにあるので慣れれば問題ないが、一番最初はスーツケースを持っての移動は困難かも？ 最初はタクシーをお勧めします。

Gutes Apartment für einen Städtetrip in London

Einfacher Check In/Out Wlan funktionierte sehr gut. Küche war gut ausgestattet ( Teller, Gläser, etc.). Es gab eine Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank und eine Waschmaschine. Ich würde hier wieder hinfahren :)

Birthday Trip

Came here to stay 3 nights. Greeted by receptionist Alyssa. The staff in general were amazing. The bed was not comfortable and the DVD player did not work, the wifi was quite slow and the to didn't allow any external devices to be connected. Although the apartment was nice and clean. Wouldn't say super cosy but it was clean and bright. Had the bed not have been so hard and the tv and dvd had have worked the experience would have been a lot nicer. The location is perfect however wished there was a car park, we had to park our car at an alternative apartment facility which was 10 minute walk from our apartment and was £10 a day,

Met het appartement was niks mis. Goede douche en prettige bedden. Personeel was niet klantvriendelijk. Er kon nog geen goede morgen van af. Voor appartement zullen we terugkomen maar voor het personeel niet!

amt i alt helt ok ophold, personalet var dog ikke til så meget hjælp da vi havde brug for en læge under opholdet og de vidste ikke hvor vi kunne få fat i en. vi måtte selv finde ud af det. elevatorerne i hotellet var i uorden og det var ikke så fedt når man boede på 4. sal med klapvogn. lejligheden var lidt og skabe og skuffer var ødelagte men ellers var lejligheden fin nok og sengene ok. dejligt med senge og stue adskilt også selv der ikke var dør imellem rummene.
