This hotel is currently under renovation/construction which we were not aware of. So while missing a bit of ambience, the staff more than made up for the awkwardness caused by the lack of lobby space - including always being available to carry bags up and down a couple steps and cater to the club services such as food and beverages. The lack of a concierge was something we missed with this being our first time in London and staying at this location. The rooms were standard and the bathroom very tight but there was always water and coffee available and a small fridge and the housekeeping staff were efficient. We departed on Easter weekend and the staff were busy handing out Easter eggs and hot cross buns. I would stay again for the convenience of the location and the outstanding service of the staff.

Great hotel, top recommendation

Definitely a great choice. The hotel is very clean and is perfectly located for sightseeing as well as casually strolling the city. It is very kids friendly and offers a huge selection on halal food with the breakfast buffet. The staff is very friendly. They let us check in 6 hours earlier than we had booked free of charge as we had arrived very early that day.

A very nice hotel

Very pleasant, clean and friendly hotel about 5 minute walk from Marble Arch. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was a nice variety of food in a buffet style. Clean hotel and rooms cleaned daily. Overall it helped to make a wonderful trip away for my family.

Check in staff was very polite and professional. Hotel was cleaned, breakfast was lovely. Great location for where we were going and Hotel car park was a secure area. The only downside was a crack basin in the bathroom and looked like a leak under the basin to which we reported this to the reception staff. I would highly recommend this Hotel and would definitely go back there again

Mark, at the front desk in the evenings, was a fantastic resource for directing us to, and getting us into, the best places to visit, restaurants and shops, and getting quick access to transportation.
