This is a lovely little hotel. The breakfast was well worth the money, comparable to the price of a breakfast sandwich, juice and coffee at a coffee chain. But this breakfast had much more variety.

Its a nice little building conveniently close to the subway but not In a super busy area of london , which is nice. Still in area 1 but just at the edge of it when you need a break from crowds but still close enough to things and plenty of good places to eat nearby and safe streets. My room was tiny, as expected , but really lovely, and the staff were really helpful and just all around great. :)

First room was in the LG and was extremely small which had been indicated in the booking system and had a covered window with little light so we asked that we would be changed.. this was done in a very efficient and friendly manner snd

Our group had 2 rooms: a queen suite and a twin room. The queen suite was beautiful, in excellent condition and well worth the extra I paid. The small twin room next door may have been roughed up by children, but it could use fresh paint. I would return!

Staff was wonderful and let us check in a few hours early which was great after doing an overnight flight from the U.S. Breakfast was really good too. Hotel itself and the room was very clean as well. Shower is a bit on the narrow side but it wasn’t an issue for us. Overall, I would definitely come back to this location again!

Our stay

The room was nice and clean. For two nights our room heating was not working, however Enrico was absolutely amazing in getting this sorted out for us, we also ended up with free drinks for the matter which was a nice touch. Staff member Gita was from my country and was able to provide some London tips in our native language as well which was a nice touch to the stay.

To be noted : we were in the « basement » of the building and in the morning, some employees were smoking just by our window: not only was it smelling cigarette inside the room but it is also an issue with privacy, as they could see me (dressed or not) as soon as I open the curtains. There was also no hot water the 2nd morning.
