Great hotel and location

Hotel stay was great. Hotel itself was nice and clean and staff very helpful. Only quibble: tried to call them before check in - must have tried over 50 times throughout the morning and was constantly busy.

Outstanding stay

Had a great weekend at this hotel, staff very friendly and most helpful, got to hotel early before check in time and was able to leave our bags there whilst we went and ventured into town, rooms great and everything that you need catered for, even a microwave!!! The complimentary water, soft drinks and bottle wine added bonus … We had breakfast too which was lovely

This is a lovely boutique hotel in London conveniently located within walking distance of Hyde Park. It’s a short bus ride to Marble Arch and Piccadilly Circus for various attractions or you can easily access the tube or rail from Paddington station which is also close by. The only downside is that the room was small, however that is to be expected in these smaller hotels.

Nice hotel, good location

Lovely room in the basement which meant it was quiet from street noise although could hear the distant rumble of the tube. Bathroom was great except there was no bath plug and didn’t notice until the evening when hotel maintenance was closed.

Loved this place

I liked the hotel. Service was excellent. They got us a room in the morning even though service said it would not be ready till 2 pm. They heard about my birthday and surprised us with a decorated room. Room was small for me but typical for a 4 star hotel. Air conditioning was excellent
