My friend and I stayed here in order to easily get to MCM comic con. The hotel was very good accessible and the room was quite big. The staff was always friendly. We especially want to thank Jannat for her impeccable service during our dinner at the hotel restaurant. The breakfast buffet was big and the dinner menu had a wide variety. The only thing we didn't know was that we should make a reservation for dinner. One evening, we were told that we had to wait for around 60-90min until we would be able to be seated. That's why we decided to eat at another place. Maybe writing this somewhere to inform the guests would be good. The hotel is also very central, all the shops are easily accessible and close to the hotel. A positive point is also it's closeness to the station. All in all we had a good stay here, would return again.

Great stay at the hotel. It’s conveniently located near the underground, very quiet, and the staff are lovely—especially Varun. Having 24/7 pizza available is a real bonus. Highly recommended!

Cuidado. POSIBLE ESTAFA! Beware. POSSIBLE SCAM! Me alojé en el hotel a través de Expedia, al llegar al hotel, pagué con tarjeta y también me hicieron el cargo automático en la tarjeta en Expedia. Por lo que pagué dos veces lo mismo!! El hotel se desentiende, no facilitan documentación e indica que contacte con Expedia. Expedia por su parte dice que el hotel no le facilita la factura para comprobarlo y no puede devolver nada. Ha pasado mas de un mes y no me dan solución. Así que CUIDADO, si te duplican el pago, la reserva te costará el DOBLE!! I booked a hotel through Expedia. Upon arrival, I paid by card, and Expedia automatically charged my card as well. So I paid twice for the same thing! The hotel is washing their hands of it, refusing to provide any documentation, and telling me to contact Expedia. Expedia, for its part, says the hotel hasn't provided the invoice for verification and therefore can't issue a refund. It's been over a month, and they haven't offered a solution. So BEWARE, if they double-charge you, your reservation will cost you DOUBLE!

Kamer was schoon maar de douchekop en waterdruk waren slecht. Douchekop kwam continue naar beneden glijden en waterdruk bleef veranderen in de douche. Personeel was kort en krachtig maar toonden niet veel belangstelling. Restaurant duurde extreem lang om alles te krijgen en het eten zat niet veel kruiden en was beetje smaakloos. Het was een prima accomedatie voor korte duur maar er mag veel gerepareerd worden en het personeel mag meer belangstelling tonen in de verblijvers. Locatie was prima maar uitzicht is beetje saai. Goeie beleving voor 5 dagen maar kan buiten hoe schoon het is wel beter onderhouden worden

The breakfast was great. East check in and out process. We liked that it was close to the Canning Town DLR and shopping and fast food. The two draw backs to the hotel are the lack of cleaning the room as you must request it prior to 11am the day before and the beds are extremely hard.

Unmittelbare Nähe zur Underground und DLR, Das Frühstück ist das Geld auf jeden Fall wert, aber sicher nicht unübertroffen. Zimmerreinigung während dem Aufenthalt nur, wenn an der Rezeption angefordert.
