Area is accessible to many supermarkets and it’s near to the train station.
Something to improve is to update the address so that customer know the correct entrance to go to.

Unfortunately the eating facility is undergoing renovation so wasn’t available. The room was clean enough but the corridors and carpets need a good clean. Staff were fantastic and I will definitely use it again.

Does the job but pretty basic
It did the job when I needed an affordable place to stay for the night and the room was clean and relatively new. Tiny bathroom. Rest of the property was a little shambolic and distressed looking but understand they are doing some work.
Terrible facilities, breakfast seem to be buffet in the pictures but it is just room service with very poor and limited options. Uncomfortable beds, dirty bathroom. Never again.
The room was very small I would suggest that if you are over 10stone you will struggle to get in the bathroom. No bar/breakfast room as under construction .No hot breakfast and you could have a basic continental that would be brought to your SMALL room . Very disappointing and i have in the last £50000 of hotels used never wrote a review but we were taking our son to go to college so felt like we were tramps .They do say the camera never lies but it did here

Great staff, ok hotel, horrid guests!
Few points first of all - staff, lovely! I think the manageress helped us, and she was fab.
Few minor issues;
One pillow case was mouldy, the hand towel in the bathroom was dirty.
The set up of the hotel is a little odd, if you book here, you check in at an adjoining hotel.
The room was very hot without an air con unit, we couldn’t get the sash windows to open either.
The TV didn’t work, assuming just no batteries in remote.
Overall the hotel is pleasant but with lovely staff. However, the other guests.. there’s seating and patio tables out the very front of the room we were in.
Screaming, shouting and laughing until gone 2am. I confronted the inconsiderate guests myself and we didn’t raise this with the staff, but just be warned if you’re hoping for a good nights sleep.. maybe ask for a room away from the front of the building.
On arrival I was advised my booking had been over booked and I would be put into their ‘sister’ hotel in the adjacent building, The Pembrey.
It was a shocker in a terrible state of disrepair and semi derelict in the most part.
The rooms were noisy and extremely basic with no hot water available for showering.
Avoid!!
- l'absence de salle petits-déjeuners (non rouverte depuis le Covid): il est proposé des box constituées à partir d'une liste de produits à sélectionner dès l'arrivée (modifiable selon disponibilité) et livrées dans la chambre; à manger au pied du lit sans mobilier adapté...;
- l'isolation phonique: nous avions la seule chambre (ancien comble) qui donne directement sur l'escalier sans sas d'accès (caisse de résonance) + un bruit permanent d'écoulement d'eau dans le coffret technique adossé à la salle de bain;
- l'eau non potable au robinet de la salle de bain (surconsommation de bouteilles d'eau plastiques);

Disliked: Staff & service
The hotel has not linked our 2 bookings or cancel the extra car parking space, as requested, and so the guests were asked to move rooms mid-way! It's difficult to get in (in case you're planning late outings) or get hold of someone at reception, including when you need to check in/out.
Rooms were ok, albeit small, but would not recommend due to (lack of) service.

I believe they are going through large renovations so it was a bit disorganised.
Slightly noisy (thin walls), unable to get the shower to run hot in the morning but could have been the pipes…
Clean and warm, felt safe in this hotel.
Opposite Finsbury park
Hi
The first night there there was a party next door to my room. The hotel staff got them to turn the music down but all the people still stay d at the hotel room bag Ging doors all night.
2nd night there was 2 really noise ladies drinking and shouting in the rooom the other side of me.
3rd night there was a load of drunk men smoking out side of my room till 1240.
I should of just got my room changed after the first night.
This hotel is making a mockery of saying that breakfast is included and citing covid restrictions for the kitchen being closed. Don't expect to pay for a breakfast for a member of my staff to find out that they are offered a bag with fruit, yoghurt and a sweet treat for breakfast. Shocking to say the least.
