We stayed for three nights booked a deluxe room and got downgraded on first night…no compensation whatsoever. My VIP status meant nothing to the property. The first nights room was pathetic run down and extremely disjointed and very small. We got a different room for the next two nights which was adequate in size but the property is very tired and the rooms are in need of a much needed renovation. I stayed there two and half years ago but will go somewhere else next time as I will be travelling to London twice a year for the next few years.

This is a very nice hotel in a very convenient area, handy for shopping, transport & minutes away from The British Museum. The only thing I would disagree with is their room descriptions which I think are a bit misleading. We booked a deluxe room, which was perfectly fine & comfortable, but was not what I would consider to be deluxe.

The place was old and dirty, website indicates this property had AC but when we got there the AC was not working, cracks on floor . After complaining They did move Us to the Radisson on covent garden , the location and staff was great!!!!

Family of 3 two rooms for one night. Standard room rather small and dark but quiet on the back. next one up (superior) very nice large bathroom but noisy as on main road. Very helpful staff especial mention for Riyanka, thank you. Nice breakfast

Acceptable

Once moved to a better room with real AC then it was a bit better although it wasn’t the best at cooling. The room before only had one little chair and table and no room to put two suitcases. Stairs couldn’t be used and there was only one ‘not very fast’ elevator. Bath slip mat was moldy, faucet was very wobbly. At least there was a king size bed.

Overall, a bit of a shoddy experience. The pictures don't match the room type - ordered a premium room and got matched with a standard but the reception staff - one gentleman in particular was very accommodating. He did compensate for the issues that we faced however we saw two rooms and both were not very clean. The location is, of course, great but I wouldn't stay here again. Thank you.

Good location within easy walk to Covent Garden. Room was a good size, clean and well decorated. Unfortunately the location of the room did make it noisy during the night, and the loud music from rickshaws blaring out didnt help either. However despite this i would still recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Great hotel and staff.

Hotel is great. All staff are very welcoming. The front of house manager Zubin Lobo was great and met all customers by name. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Highly recommended.

I loved everything - the hotel is well maintained, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the buffet breakfast is worth every penny and the location is perfect. It’s within walking distance of many great sites and theaters. Plus, the Tottenham tube station is only two blocks away. Also, my room faced Bloomsbury St and yet it was incredibly quiet. I’ll be staying here again, for sure!

Staff where very friendly and helpful hotel was was clean and room was comfortable, only issue was we had not hot water on the Saturday 15/3/25 had to take cold showers reported to reception shower on the Sunday was a bit better but not much. Apart for the shower situation very nice stay.

This Raddison Blu is conveniently located and has a good breakfast. It is steps from the British Museum. The Bloomsbury Kitchen has good offerings. We staid in a studio suite and while it was a larger room, the furnishings were tired. The bathroom is large but the shower is small and slippery. The TAS Restaurant which is kitty corner has great Turkish food!
