Bright and spacious two bedroom apartment with balcony on the 3rd floor located in vibrant Shoreditch filled with colourful bars and restaurants amongst art spaces and active graffiti scene. Near by Pizza East, Dishoom, Rich Mix and boutique shops on Redchurch St.

Free wifi, 1 towel per guest and linen are included.

Shoreditch is lively at night so street noises possible but you are situated in the heart of the action with plenty to offer right on your doorstep!

The apartment is centrally located yet quiet and private on the 3d floor via stairs (NO lift access and additional stairs within the apartment)
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living space, balcony, TV, free wifi and fully functional kitchen that comes complete with oven, stove top, fridge kettle, toaster, pots & pans, glassware, crockery and cutlery.
This apartment is very comfortable for 4 guests or can accommodate up to 8 using the 2 double sofa beds in the living space.
Please note: Infants must be included as a child when you are searching/booking as we charge per person regardless of age.

In an attempt to limit our carbon footprint we provide:
- 1 towel per guest
- Toilet paper provided but not replenished
- 1 Double duvet per bed/sofa bed only

You will collect your key after 3pm from a local café located just a 3 minute walk away.
The apartment is located just off Redchurch Street.
During your stay you will have access to the entire apartment and you can come and go as you please.

We live nearby so you can message us on Airbnb if you require assistance.
However it is recommended to thoroughly read your guest manual when arrive which may answer all your questions.

You are right in the heart of one of the most colourful, vibrant and eclectic areas of London. Famous for the Brick Lane Sunday market and interesting shops, bars and restaurants are spread across the neighbourhood for you to explore everyday.

Columbia Road Flower market is only a short walk away held on Sundays.
Liverpool Street is a 14 minute walk which connects you directly to the centre of London.

Broadway Market is close by and runs every Saturday, it is worthwhile checking it out!
On the way you will pass Spitafields market which is a great way to spend a few hours. It offers clothes, jewellery, vintage stalls, pop-up food vans and cafes.

We are situated in ZONE 1 which is central London but we are in the east side near Tower of London, St Pauls etc. We are not located near the West End (Covent Garden, Soho, Oxford st) but you will just have to catch a short train or bus ride there. London is very accessible and easy to get around. Always allow a little extra time getting anywhere in case of tube delays, traffic, events or peak times.

The closest train stations are:
OVERGROUND Train - Shoreditch High Street Station (3 minute walk)
UNDERGROUND/TUBE Train - Liverpool St Station (14 minute walk)
Which takes you into Central London via circle and central lines.
OR
Bethnal Green Road BUS #8 is at the top of Brick Lane, it takes you into Oxford Circus, (stops passed Liverpool St, Bank, St Pauls, Tottenham Crt Road.) 

We do not have any parking spaces available. There are paid parking lots 1 near Brick Lane for weekdays, but these are not usable on weekends due to the market. You can find free street parking on Saturdays and Sundays but you will need to be patient and spend time searching.

Infants are considered as paying guests so they must be included as a Child
when you book.

This apartment is located on the 3rd floor with additional stairs within the apartment (NO lift access)

- Parking
We do not have a car space. Parking is limited with restrictions and timed bays which become expensive. There are car parks dotted around the area but during the week they are booked up quite quickly (after 4/5pm will be easier to arrive and park) but still expect it to take time to find free or available street parking
On weekends: Parking is free (yet unavailable on brick lane due to due to the market.
Otherwise you can look into booking somewhere in advance which may save you the hassle.

Arrival time?
- Please let us know your approximate arrival time.
We base our cleaning schedule on this time and if you happen to arrive earlier than we had expected we cannot guarantee it will be ready but will do our best.

Early Check-in?
- No unfortunately early check-in is not possible; see bag drop-off below

Late Check-in?
- Yes we can provide a self check-in system after 10pm.
Please note we may not be available after midnight to answer calls or messages.

Bag drop-off?
- If you do arrive early and you want to explore the area you are welcome to store your bag at our local café Bell Boi for only £5 per locker per day.

Can a friend or family member collect the key for me?
- Yes but only if agreed with us prior. Please let us know their full name and they must print out or show the Airbnb receipt/booking confirmation along with I.D

Check out?
- 11am (no late checkout available)
Failure to do so may result in a £50 penalty

Extra Duvets?
- We only provide 1 double duvet per bed/sofa bed. We cannot offer or provide more than this.
