"Great location - close to Canary Wharf station (if you know the way that is!), good range of restaurants nearby, super staff. Shame the bathroom smelled of pets!"

"No kettle in room or cups. Reception/Bar refuses to give you cups for your room. No hair dryer. No iron. No fridge. No safe. Room is completely barron of any facilities. Its a beautiful room on the river, but that is literally all you get. Dont expect anything else other than this. Breakfast was absolutely shocking. They served very old, stale hash browns and own-brand supermarket equivalent sausages. Thats it. No bacon, no eggs, no anything. You get hash brown and sausage. If you go to the continental you see a tray of soggy wet cheese and ham. I couldnt believe it. I asked staff if more was coming, he said no. This is all there is. And it was the middle of breakfast time, not near the end. Truly, come here for the hotel river view, its good. But dont buy breakfast, and dont expect anything other than to sleep here and leave. "

"Well it was great value and not far from Canary Wharf. Staff very nice. But bed wasn’t a double and not very comfy and tv didn’t work but it was late so I didn’t to be fair go and ask to get fixed. Just a bit annoying. Gym looked good but didn’t look at pool. It was super cheap for an easy night and Elizabeth line just a short walk straight into town. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. I only had one converter with me and they lent us one to use during the stay. The breakfast spread included many options. The hotel is located in a beey convenient area - across the street from the train station, multiple grocery stores and restaurants steps away. The room and bathroom were on the small side without much storage room but overall I would stay here again."

"Easy walking distance from London City Airport, and excellent customer service. I really enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, the comfortable exceptionally well designed room, breakfast buffet, and noon checkout. Highly recommend!"

"Hazel at front desk greeting and checking was AMAZING! went out of her way -tto make sure everything was explained-toured-shown to me after i checked in. Breakfast is a full spread -well worth the extra added to room charge if you desire. Room was clean -and modernly redone alone with rest of hotel. I wa a single- I had room to move around- if your a a big couple room would be very small- Diffently small if a couple with child. Honor bar in fridge-npresso coffee - lots of power and charging outlets in room.."
