"we have booked and paid for 1 king size bed room but when we arrived the receptionist who handle us told me that you have to take room which have two queen size bed as I was only 1 person I don’t need two bed I asked the receptionist I have paid for king size bed she told me you haven’t paid yet . Luckily I had saved the receipt and when I saw that to her she managed the king size bed room . Although she know I had paid for king size bed she was lying to me . Which I don’t like at all"
