"Very good hotel for the money and very close to JFK. The only hiccup was the wait for the shuttle pickup from JFK. Waited 50 minutes for the shuttle pickup after numerous calls. There were several guests waiting as well - approximately 14 guests. Hopefully, it was an isolated incident. Once we arrived at the hotel, the property was superb."

The only complaint is that we could hear ambient music throughout the night from the outdoor speakers and even on the 12th floor we could always hear it.
