"Communication was so easy with Jack and Kay. We had recommendations sent before we arrived. The house was exactly what we needed for our two small families to stay comfortably. We had so much fun we barely left the property the first 3 days of our trip! The Kayaks and paddle boards were an extra bonus, we paddled to the blue hole and saw a few turtles along the way, walked the salt flats at low tide. Enjoyed nightly sunsets- shipwreck is a true gem! A car rental is 100% necessary in my opinion, and the direction video that Jack provides is excellent. We cant wait to return!"

"Staying at the Bahamas Island House was a dream! Leading up to our travels and throughout our stay, Jack and his team were super helpful and communicative. They provided recommendations for activities as well as tips & tricks to make our travel smooth. The house was perfect for the 3 of us but I could see how a large group would also be very comfortable there. The kitchen was stocked with every supply imaginable and made it super easy for us to cook every day. The setting is private and serene. Floating in the pool for hours was divine! Little Exuma has the best beaches! (Tropic of Cancer, Pretty Molly Bay) I was surprised how empty they are but also felt lucky that they were just a quick drive from the house. It made getting up to watch the sunrise at Forbes Hill beach very easy! Thank you Jack!!"

"Owner Valerie is super friendly and helpful, welcoming pup Bridget and her newly adopted pup Trever made our stay even more fun. We have access to kayaking to Mariah key which was the absolutely stunning experience we ever had - we were there almost every day!. The cottage is clean and is equipped with daily needs. Regular size refrigerator and good water pressure for shower. The area is so quiet and serene. Prepare for no seeum bites in evening and morning! We had a fantastic time at Exuma vacation cottage for a week!!"

"We enjoyed our getaway. Beautiful views of bay and ocean. Our room overlooked the turquoise ocean water. What a spectacular way to wake up and fall asleep with sound and sight of waves. Staff was very kind. Family style place-don’t expect luxury here. Rooms are clean and has coffee machine with pods and mini fridge. Wonderful time to chill and let go as it’s a simple island lifestyle. Enjoyed use of kayaks exploring waters and surroundings. ."

"This was our 5th stay at the Cottages and still was a great experience! Cold AC and a comfortable clean bed, great location, friendly staff and easy access by boat or walking through shallow water or by beach to other places. Good WiFi, beach floats, great music (not too loud, either!) good food and lots of relaxation! See you next year!"

"Prepare for itching bites Baby oil does NOT help at all. Off worked best, unfortunately. We arrived at the tail end of Regatta so the availability of many food and daily items was a challenge. We did bring one suitcase full of snacks so it got us through ok. This is a paradise property and location but you should really stay at least 2 weeks for full appreciation of all Exuma has to offer. We hope to return and would stay again at Aqua Vista."

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful waterfront cottage. The property is peaceful, private, and exactly as described—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The views are stunning, and being so close to Georgetown made everything super convenient.Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the home had everything we needed. "I was told visiting this house would be like living in a screensaver...they were right. This place is magical. From the lazy river sand bar to the rocking chairs on the patio watching the turtles swim by, it was the most magical vacation we have had. I didn't know this beauty existed. If you want the perfect place to escape and see the most amazing place in a stunning home this is it. Somehow the owners managed to design a home where every bedroom and every window in the living areas all look at the ocean. Cannot say enough about the beauty of this home and location. I want to move here! We will be back."
