"My only issue was with the breakfast menu. I ordered the Waygu steak and eggs. The taste was wonderful but unfortunately the eggs are either reconstituted or from a paper carton, and the "Waygu" was just a filet. We will be back!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at The Beach resort now several years. We love it!! We dont have to cross the road to get to the beach, we can cook where we are or we can go out to eat. If the waves are rough the girls can swim in the pool. This is our annual summer vacation!! Thank you ❤️"

"Everything was great. My only suggestion is the villa needs a "community closet" for items to be left. For instance: we flew in on a Thursday. We were hoping there would be sand toys, etc there to use for our stay since we couldn't bring them with us. Since there wasn't I went and bought sand toys, sifters, a boogie board and a skim board for my teen girls to play with while we stayed. We couldn't fly back with them without paying enormous checked bag fees so we opted to leave them "for the next family to enjoy". I imagine the cleaning crew probably had to trash them however. I wish there was a "community closet" to donate such items to for the next family and that we could have borrowed from for our stay. Otherwise it's a fantastic place to stay. We were in villa #31 and it was very well stocked and comfortable and we would love to come back and stay again. The best part, they provide loungers and chairs to take to the beach to use at your leisure! How great is that!?!"

However, the mattress is horrible and it will probably keep us from renting in the future. We’re not even that picky with mattresses, we travel a lot and are always sleeping in hotels, condos, etc. But this mattress is so bad we’re in pain for a week after leaving."
Beachfront Bliss on Longboat Key- Steps to the sand

"Location to the beach was wonderful. Steps from crystal clear water. Pool was nice and clean as was the room itself. It is small, I wouldn't recommend more than 2 people stay, anymore than that would be a tight fit, but could work if you needed it to. Location to restaurants and shops wasn't convenient for someone who did not have vehicle access so keep that in mind if you don't have transportation available. Everyone at the property was friendly and helpful. It was a quiet location which was nice. Host answered questions timely and was helpful when needed. Over all good experience."
