"this past week was our second time staying at Zota. First trip last year was ok but this trip, not so much. The staff here wasn't very pleasant and the hose keepers missed cleaning our room 3 days out of the 7 we stayed there. coffee runs out in the morning and 4 days I notified the staff asking to bring more. idk I feel like resort staff should keep an eye on stuff like coffee in the morning?? decent bang for your buck if your looking to get out on the island but don't except too much from Zota. the valet service on the other hand was top notch! those guys were running around like crazy getting everyone to their vehicles as quickly as possible. too bad the good service ends at their front door..."

"Excellent location. Perfect unit for a couple, any additional guests would make for tight quarters. Couch was tiny, but we sat outdoors most of the time so it wasn’t a problem. Would definitely go back. "
