"We stayed in Helena, it was very clean and well equipped. Concern about escape routes in the event of a fire. Some rooms didn’t have a large enough window to get out of. Swimming pool great, as was the hot tub. Lovely setting near Blandford. Would recommend getting shopping delivered as quite remote. "

The cottage was spotlessly clean and very peaceful with two spacious doubles, both with their own TV and modern en-suite facilities. "We loved our stay at Chris & Rob's beautiful annexe. It is so welcoming and well equipped - everything we needed for our stay. It is in a great location too - we walked into Shaftesbury a number of times for coffee and meals, and is an easy drive to many walks and other attractions. We would recommend it for a stay. "

"The cottage was as described, down a lane on a farm moments from the gorgeous village. The local pub is really just for dining and the food is excellent however you must book in advance as it is very small. The cottage is very comfortable and would be equally nice to visit in the winter, lovely wood burning stove and fantastic views. The kitchen is not that well equipped so be aware if you want to do lots of cooking however you are close to lovely pubs and restaurants if you don't. We would...

"Lovely setting, nice people, outside dining area was a lovely addition. Our kids declared that this should be one of our regular holiday destinations within an hour of arriving!"

"Myself and my family had a fabulous weeks holiday. The house was absolutely perfect for the 11 of us. The house is beautiful and the grounds are superb. We had two dogs with us and they were able to run around everywhere with no worries of getting out. Dinning table big enough to seat us all which was great. "A fabulous holiday home, with great facilities. The property was very clean, and modern and also very well equipped. With a large swimming pool that you had to yourself for a specified time , it really was a pleasure going for a dip. There was also lots to keep the kids occupied and the owners were very friendly and helpful."
